Game Plan is an AI-assisted feature that analyzes content from multiple sources, including Prevail Sessions and materials stored in your Prevail Briefcase, such as documents, videos, audio files, and images. You define questions and instructions that guide the AI in locating relevant content, comparing responses, and identifying contradictions or points of agreement. Analysis results link directly to the original sources, allowing you to review transcripts or files in full context.
By combining testimony and supporting materials into a single, organized workspace, Game Plan centralizes review and analysis across multiple sources. Game Plan highlights relevant segments, flags inconsistencies, and groups related responses, allowing you to evaluate statements, assess reliability, and track key issues across multiple depositions and exhibits. By connecting each result directly to its source, Game Plan eliminates the need for manual cross-referencing and helps you uncover meaningful insights with clarity and efficiency.
User Prompts
User prompts define how Game Plan interprets and organizes material, with each prompt type serving a distinct function. Questions instruct the system to extract statements or evidence responsive to defined issues or topics. Instructions convey contextual information that influences interpretation, such as terminology distinctions, witness behavior patterns, or relevant background considerations. Together, these prompts determine how Game Plan evaluates, correlates, and structures results to produce a coherent and contextually accurate analysis.
Analysis and Results
After processing, Game Plan displays AI-generated results grouped by prompt or response type. Response categories display the total number of matches and link to the details page for each category. Questions list the specific prompts that produced matches, the total number of results identified, and a link to view the analysis details. The Details page groups results by response type, including contradictions, consensuses, and inconsistencies. Expanding a prompt on the Details page displays an AI summary of the analysis findings, matching text excerpts, and a link to the source material.
