Run Game Plans
Running a Game Plan processes selected Prevail Sessions and Briefcase materials using your defined questions and instructions. Game Plan displays the AI-generated results grouped by prompt type. Questions list the specific prompts that produced matches, the total number of results identified, and a link to view the analysis details. The Details page groups results by response type, including contradictions, consensuses, and inconsistencies. Expanding a prompt on the Details page displays an AI summary of the analysis findings, matching text excerpts, and a link to the source material.
You can share Game Plans with your Organizations or individual Organization members and modify access at any time. You can edit a Game Plan to add or remove sources and prompts, and re-run the analysis to display updated matches and results.

Analyze Data
When the Game Plan has finished processing, the Overview tab displays the results. The Response Distribution displays a graphical representation, the percentage, and the total number of matches for each response type across all sources. Questions and instructions are individually grouped and display relevant prompts, the number of matches for each response type, and a link to view the response details. The Source view tab displays the same information grouped by individual source.
Response Types
Matches across sources are displayed in rows beneath each response type.
| Response | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Detections | Blue | Identifies instances where the AI detects relevant matches to a prompt in the provided sources |
| Contradictions | Red | Identifies directly opposing statements or claims and highlights conflicting statements |
| Consensuses | Green | Identifies agreements in testimony and highlights similar responses |
| Inconsistencies | Yellow | Identifies statements that partially conflict or differ in detail and highlights discrepancies |
Analyze Responses
Response analyses are grouped by response type (contradictions, consensuses, inconsistencies, and detections) and by prompt type, with both displaying the number of matches. Response categories are displayed at the top of the page and link to the details page for each category. Individual prompts are grouped under the prompt type (questions and instructions) and link to the details page for the selected prompt. To view the analysis for a prompt, click View Details. On the Details page, expand each response type to view the matching prompts. Click on each prompt to view the analysis details, including the matching text grouped by source with a direct link to the source material. Contradictions, consensuses, and inconsistencies each display an AI analysis that summarizes how the results support the prompt.
For Prevail Session sources, each response links directly to the testimony on the Session Review page and automatically scrolls to highlight the exact transcript location where the testimony appears. You can immediately play the corresponding recording while reviewing the precise transcript text in context without any manual searching.
