August 15, 2024 update
Resolved Issues
- New Organizations Now Default to “Block Direct Login.” New organizations now automatically have the “Block direct login” setting enabled. This change prevents creating duplicate accounts when SSO is later activated. When you create a new organization, the system checks the “Block direct login” box by default, stopping users tied to the organization’s email domain from logging in with an email and password. Existing organizations remain unaffected by this update.
- Session Review Multi-Line Selection Issue. The “Select Multiple Lines” icon in session review now functions consistently. Previously, selecting and deleting multiple lines using this icon could result in being unable to click on any lines afterward, requiring a page refresh to restore functionality. The update addresses this by preventing the deletion of flags when using the Select button, which replaces the shift key functionality, thereby avoiding the issue that broke the selection process. Users can now reliably select, flag, and manage transcript lines without encountering this problem.
- Roster Invites Now Allow Full User Sign-Up. Updated the invitation process for non-users from rosters, which previously blocked sign-up due to missing name and password fields. The User.invite! method now correctly creates an invite, allowing users to complete their account creation and automatically join the roster. Users receive an email invitation, appear in the roster, and can fully sign up. Applied similar updates to organization invites.
- “Leave Session” Modal Now Displays Centered Content. The “Leave Session” modal now centers the icon, text, and buttons, aligning all elements for a consistent and visually balanced appearance. Previously, these elements were misaligned, with the icon centered, text left-justified, and buttons right-justified.
