Manage Session Files
The Session Exhibits panel provides options to upload, introduce, preview, and present files during a Session. You can also access your Prevail Briefcase to share materials uploaded or organized before the Session.
Sort Session Files
The Session Exhibits panel automatically sorts files, with the most recently uploaded file appearing at the top of the list. You can change the sort order by selecting from the drop-down options. To create a custom arrangement, use the drag handles to manually reorder files. The Custom setting saves the most recent sort order automatically.
- To sort your Session files, click the Newest drop-down, then select a sort order.

| Alpha A-Z | Alphabetical order from A to Z |
| Alpha Z-A | Reverse alphabetical order from Z to A |
| Custom | Drag and drop to reorder files |
View File Details
Shared file details include who introduced the file and when it was added to the Session Exhibits panel.
- On the Session Toolbar, click the Files icon.
The Session Exhibits panel opens.
- In the Shared Session Exhibits section, hover over the info icon.
A tooltip displays the file details.
