What’s New

Single Sign-On (SSO) access. Now you can seamlessly SSO into Prevail using direct links for Microsoft and Google authentication. Read more on how to Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) Options.
Mute functionality in sessions. To improve audio control, all participants except the first five who entered the session are automatically muted.
Accurate timestamps for non-live session data. Exhibits are now organized in chronological order and linked to the times they are mentioned in the associated transcript.
Transcript management for admins. Admins now have the capability to mark transcript sets as removed. Content marked as removed no longer appears in session reviews or exports.

Resolved Issues

Chat link and email detection refinement. Now, only valid links and emails are made clickable.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deactivation. Users can now successfully turn off MFA without encountering errors.
Roster member avatar display. Each roster member’s unique avatar is now properly displayed on roster pages.
Roster name changes. Now only the roster owner has the authority to modify the roster name.
iPhone audio sync. The feature that automatically disables audio and video for mobile users when they switch to another app has been reinstated. Users have the option to manually turn their audio back on when they return.
