What’s New

• Cancelation emails. Participants now receive cancelation emails when their scheduled Sessions are canceled. The emails include an ICS attachment for automatic integration with most email/calendar systems, such as Google Mail and Calendar.
• User profile URL. The URLs of user profiles are now semi-randomized. Previously they were based on the sequential user ID number, which could be guessed or scanned. Users can now customize these URLs on the Edit Profile page.

Documentation Changes

• Organizations now includes the sections Organization Roles and Administrative Actions, with more information on the different role settings for Organization Members.
