Customize Your Profile
Customize your Prevail profile by setting your time zone, uploading a photo, adding a personal bio, or providing your contact information.
Change Appearance (Dark Mode)
Change the Prevail website, including the Session Review page, and the live Session panel appearance by selecting a theme. The appearance matches your system settings by default.
- On the Navigation menu, click the User icon.
- Click Profile.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Appearance section, click a theme.
The selected theme is applied and saved.
Upload a Profile Image
Your user account profile image displays in your Participant video tile during a Session when your camera is turned off. If you have not uploaded a profile image, your initials display by default.
- On the Navigation menu, click the User icon.
- Click Profile.
- On the Profile tab, in the your profile name section, click Edit.
The Edit Profile window opens.
- Click Upload a photo.
- Upload an image file...
- To navigate to the file, click Select Photo to upload.
- Optional: Drag and drop a file into the window.
- Click Save.
The image is saved to your profile.
Set Your Time Zone
Your upcoming, finished, and active Sessions are displayed by default in the current local time zone detected by the Platform. To change your time zone, select an option from the menu and disable the automatic time zone detection feature.
- On the Navigation menu, click the User icon.
- Click Profile.
- On the Profile tab, in the Contact Information section, click Edit.
- In the Time Zone drop-down, select your time zone.
- Clear Use Local Time.
- Click Save.
Change Your Password
You can change your account password at any time. Passwords must be at least 12 characters in length.
- On the Navigation menu, click the User icon.
- Click Profile.
- Click the Security tab.
- In the Change Password section, provide your previous and new passwords.
- Click Update Password.
