Join Zoom-Integrated Sessions
Join Zoom-Integrated Sessions using either the Prevail Sessions application or the Zoom application, depending on your preference and access requirements.
Join on Zoom
Any participant can join on Zoom by following the Session URL link in the invitation email. If you have already accepted the invitation, you can also access the Session from your calendar URL link. To join a Session on Zoom, you must have the Zoom application installed on your machine and be signed in to your Zoom account before accessing the Session. If you do not have an account, you must first create a free Zoom account and install the Zoom application.

Join from The Invitation Email
Any participant, including Prevail Members and Guests, can join on Prevail Sessions or the Zoom application by following the Session URL link provided in the invitation email from Prevail Scheduling. From the Session sign-in page, select either Join with Prevail to join on Prevail or Open with Zoom to join on Zoom.
Join from Your Prevail Dashboard (Prevail Members)
As a Prevail Member, you can log in to Prevail to access links to join on either Prevail Sessions or Zoom.
View Zoom Meeting Information
You can view the Zoom Meeting information, including the full Zoom URL, from your Prevail Dashboard.
- Log in to Prevail.
- Navigate to the Dashboard page.
- In the Upcoming Sessions banner, click Show Info.
The banner displays the meeting link, ID, and passcode.
- To join through Zoom, click Launch Meeting in Zoom.
