Join Zoom-Integrated Sessions

Join Zoom-Integrated Sessions using either the Prevail Sessions application or the Zoom application, depending on your preference and access requirements.

Join on Zoom

Any participant can join on Zoom by following the Session URL link in the invitation email. If you have already accepted the invitation, you can also access the Session from your calendar URL link. To join on Zoom, install the Zoom application and sign in to your Zoom account before accessing the Session. If you do not have an account, you must first create a free Zoom account and install the Zoom application.

Join from the Invitation Email

Any participant, including Prevail Members and Guests, can join a Session on either the Prevail Sessions application or the Zoom application by following the Session URL link in the invitation email from Prevail Scheduling. To join on Zoom, follow the join link in the email and select Open in Zoom. If you are a Prevail Guest and would like to join on Prevail, follow the procedure for joining Prevail Sessions.

Guests

1. In the invitation email, click the Join Session link.
2. To join on the Zoom application, click Join with Zoom.
3. To join on Prevail...
   1. Click Continue as guest.
   2. Follow the desktop joining procedure for Guests.

Prevail Members

1. In the invitation email, click the Join Session link.
2. To join on the Zoom application, click Join with Zoom.
3. To join on Prevail, follow the desktop joining procedure for Members.

Join from Your Prevail Dashboard (Prevail Members)

As a Prevail Member, log in to Prevail to access Session join links from your Dashboard or Sessions page. You can choose to join on either Prevail Sessions or Zoom. If joining on Prevail, follow the instructions for Prevail Members.

1. Log in to Prevail.ai.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard page.
3. Under the My Active Sessions or Upcoming Sessions banner, locate the Session.
4. Click Join.
5. Select an application...
   • To join on Prevail, click Join Session.
   • To join on Zoom, click Join with Zoom.

View Zoom Meeting Information

View the Zoom Meeting information, including the passcode and full Zoom URL, from your Prevail Dashboard.

1. Log in to Prevail.ai.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard page.
3. Under the My Active Sessions or Upcoming Sessions banner, locate the Session.
4. Click Show Info.

   The banner displays the meeting link, ID, and passcode.

Join on a Mobile Device

If you are attending a Prevail Zoom-integrated Session on mobile, join on the Zoom mobile application.

• Join from the invitation email...
  1. Click the Session link provided in your email.
  2. Click Join with Zoom.
• Join from Prevail.ai (Members only)...
  1. Log in to Prevail.ai.
  2. Under the My Active Sessions or Upcoming Sessions banner, locate the Session.
  3. Click Join.
  4. Click Join with Zoom.
