Annotate Files
Annotate your files using the Document Viewer toolbar options. You can add text, draw freehand, add shapes, or choose a color to style your edits. Participants can freely annotate documents while they are being presented. Any annotations added to a file are saved to each user’s copy, which is available in Session Review.
Preview Files
Preview your document and make annotations before presenting to participants. The file opens in the Document Viewer, where you can navigate to a specific page or apply annotations. When you’re ready, begin your presentation for the Session.
Draw Freehand
Draw freehand using the Drawing menu, with customizable color and line thickness options.
- On the Document Viewer toolbar, click the Annotations icon.
- In the Drawing menu, click the Arrow to expand the drop-down.
- Click Drawing.
The Drawing menu opens.
- Choose a color…
- From the Drawing menu, select the Color icon.
- Select a color from the palette.
- Choose a line thickness…
- From the Drawing menu, select the Thickness icon.
- Select a thickness using the drop-down or the slider.
Add an Arrow
Add arrows using the Line menu, with customizable color, thickness, and style options.
- On the Document Viewer toolbar, click the Annotations icon.
- In the Line menu, click the Arrow to expand the drop-down.
- Click Arrow.
The Arrow menu opens.
- Choose a line style…
- From the Arrow menu, select the Line Style icon.
- Select a style from the options.
Highlight
Add highlights using the Drawing menu, with options to customize color and line thickness.
- On the Document Viewer toolbar, click the Annotations icon.
- In the Drawing menu, click the Arrow to expand the drop-down.
- Click Freeform Highlight.
The Freeform Highlight menu opens.
- Choose a color…
- From the Drawing menu, select the Color icon.
- Select a color from the palette.
- Choose a line thickness…
- From the Drawing menu, select the Thickness icon.
- Select a thickness using the drop-down or the slider.
