Integrated User Interface (UI)
Prevail supports Zoom Meetings by offering an integrated user interface (UI), which features the Zoom client main view and toolbar with the addition of the Prevail Session toolbar and panels. The integration does not affect participants joining the Zoom application, and the Zoom client UI is unchanged for these users.

Zoom Client Toolbar
The integrated Zoom toolbar provides additional functionality to Prevail Sessions and includes familiar Zoom application controls. Use the toolbar to access Chat (with direct messaging options), reactions, video and microphone settings, screen share, and participant options.
Zoom Chat
Zoom Chat provides options for group chat, direct messaging, and file sharing. You can chat with all Session participants or a single participant privately using the Chat feature. Files uploaded to Chat are available to all participants in the Session, including Zoom users.
Participant Menu
The Participant menu lists the name of each participant present in the Session, with additional video tile pinning, mute, video, and participant options.
Prevail Sidebar
The Prevail sidebar provides access to the Session Briefcase and AI Transcript. Participants must join on Prevail to access these features.
Session Briefcase Panel
The Session Briefcase panel is available only to participants attending on the Prevail Sessions application. Prevail Participants can upload and introduce files to share with the Session Host and other Prevail users. Introduced files are available for viewing and download from Session Review, the same as standard Prevail Sessions.
Files presented using the Session Briefcase are also available in Session Review, the same as standard Prevail Sessions. To keep files private, Prevail participants can send files directly to the Session Host through Zoom Chat. Only Hosts can present files in Zoom-Integrated Sessions using the Session Briefcase. The Session Briefcase panel is available only to participants attending on the Prevail Sessions application. You can share files with the Session Host, co-Hosts, and Prevail users by uploading and introducing files.
AI Transcript Panel
The AI Transcript is available only to participants attending on the Prevail Sessions application. AI Transcript features are available in all Prevail Sessions, including adding flags, searching the transcript, replaying audio, and creating video clips.
