Join a Session

All participants listed at the time of scheduling receive an email from Prevail Scheduling containing a Session hyperlink. When you follow the link, you will be directed to the Session Preflight page, where Members can log in or you can request access as a Guest. If you are not listed on the scheduling form or are attending as a Guest, you will be admitted by the Host after you request access. Prevail Members

Prevail Members who are signed in can access their Sessions from the Dashboard and Sessions pages. Members can log in at Prevail.ai or by following the Session link and selecting the Log in option.

Join from the Prevail Platform

If you are logged in to your Prevail account, access your Session from the Dashboard or Sessions page.

1. Log in to your Prevail account.

• To join from your Dashboard…
  1. In the Upcoming Sessions banner, click Join.

     You arrive at the Preflight page.

  2. Click Join Session

     You enter the Session.

• To join from the Sessions page…
  1. On the Navigation menu, click Sessions.
  2. In the Actions column, click Join.

     You arrive at the Preflight page.

  3. Click Join Session

     You enter the Session.

Join from the Session Link

If you are not logged in, follow the Session hyperlink and select the Log in option to access your Session. Once you log in, select Join Session to enter the Session. If you were not listed as a participant at the time of scheduling, request access to join.

1. Click the Session hyperlink or paste the link into your browser.

   You arrive at the Preflight page.

• If you are logged in to Prevail and listed on the scheduling form, click Join Session.

  You enter the Session.

• If you are not logged in to Prevail...
  1. Click Log in.
  • If you are listed on the scheduling form, click Join Session.

    You enter the Session.

  • If you are not listed on the scheduling form, click Request Access.

    The Session Host is notified and will admit you momentarily.

Prevail Guests

If you do not have an account with Prevail, you can request to join a Session by following the Session link. Once you submit your name and email address, a Session Host will review your information and admit you into the Session.

1. Click the Session hyperlink.

   You arrive at the Preflight page.

2. Click Continue as guest.
3. Provide your name and email address.
4. Click Continue.

   The Session Host is notified and will admit you momentarily.

• If more than 30 seconds have passed, you can click Notify Session Host to remind the Session Host that you are waiting.
