Request Assistance
To make a request during a live session, choose an option from the Raise Hand menu to notify the Host, such as asking for a pause or audio playback. For real-time technical help, click the Help Bell to alert Technical Support, who will work with the Host to resolve issues.
Make a Request
When you have a request, select an option from the Raise Hand menu to notify the Host. You may ask for a pause, to communicate with the session, or that Session audio from the live recording is played back.

Get Immediate Technical Support
You can request immediate, real-time technical assistance anytime during a live session. Simply click the Help Bell to notify our Technical Support team. Once alerted, Technical Support collaborates closely with the Session Host to promptly address and resolve any issues.
- On the Session Toolbar, click the Bell icon.
The Request Live Help confirmation window opens.
