Create an Organization
To create an Organization, please contact Customer Success at CustomerSuccess@prevail.ai.
Delete an Organization
To delete an Organization, please contact Customer Success at CustomerSuccess@prevail.ai.
Transfer Ownership
To change the Owner account or accounts for an Organization, please contact Customer Success at CustomerSuccess@prevail.ai.
Disable Session Video Recording (Audio Only)
To record only Session audio, Organization administrators can disable video capture from the Organization settings.
- Log into your Prevail account.
- On the Navigation menu, click Organizations.
- Click the Organization name.
- Click the Pencil icon.
- Select Audio only.
- Click Save.
Manage User Permissions
Organization administrators can restrict member access to security settings on the Prevail Password & Security page. These options allow administrators to disable SSO connections, MFA setup, and password reset for Organization users.
Manage User SSO Options
Organization administrators can control how users authenticate with Prevail by restricting SSO provider connections and requiring enterprise login.
Restrict User MFA Setup
To prevent Organization users from modifying their multi-factor authentication settings, Organization administrators can disable MFA setup from the Organization settings. On the user’s Password & Security page, the MFA options are disabled. An alert message informs the user that their Organization requires enterprise login (SAML) and MFA has been disabled for their account.
- Log into your Prevail account.
- On the Navigation menu, click Organizations.
- Click the Organization name.
- Click the Pencil icon.
- In the Security Settings section, select Hide MFA Setup for Members.
- Click Save Changes.
Organization users can no longer enable or disable multi-factor authentication from the Password & Security page.
Restrict User Password Reset
To prevent Organization users from resetting their password, Organization administrators can disable the password reset option from the Organization settings. On the user’s Password & Security page, the password reset options are unavailable. An alert message informs the user that their Organization requires enterprise login (SAML) and password reset has been disabled for their account.
- Log into your Prevail account.
- On the Navigation menu, click Organizations.
- Click the Organization name.
- Click the Pencil icon.
- In the Security Settings section, select Hide Password Reset for Members.
- Click Save Changes.
Organization users can no longer reset their password from the Password & Security page.
