Generated automatically using speech-to-text technology, it displays in a structured, speaker-labeled format with timestamps. Edits added to a document using the Document Viewer Toolbar, including text, drawings, shapes, and color styling. Annotations are saved to the user’s copy of the file and remain available in Session Review.

A structured summary of the transcript that highlights key topics with short descriptions and includes direct page and line references to the original testimony. Digest transcripts begin with a topic-based overview followed by the full deposition in its original order with formatting, speaker names, and timestamps. They can be generated from a rough, reviewed, or certified transcript.

An AI-assisted feature that analyzes content from multiple sources, including testimony from Prevail Sessions and materials stored in the Prevail Briefcase. Users provide questions and instructions that guide the AI in locating relevant content, and analysis results are linked directly to the source materials to provide full context.
