Access Session Files

All Session files are available for download in the Session Review Briefcase module after each Session. You can view or download your personal uploaded files and shared Session files directly from the module.

Download One or More Files

Download individual files by selecting the Download option in the file row.

1. In the Briefcase module, locate the file you want to download.
2. Optional: To view the file, click the file name.
3. In the Download column, click the Download icon.

   Each file is saved to your Downloads folder.

Download All Shared Session Files

To download all shared Session files, use the Download all option to generate a ZIP folder. You’ll also receive an email from Prevail with a link to Session Review. Follow the link to access and download the files.

Shared files include all files in the Shared Session Files section of the Session Briefcase. Your private Session files are not included in the ZIP folder export.

1. In the Briefcase module, click Download all.
2. Once the files are processed, click Download ZIP.

   The zipped file is saved to your Downloads folder.
