Automatically transcribes speech using machine learning to improve accuracy.

A Session Review feature that displays the rough transcript alongside the video module, allowing users to create and edit flags, generate clips, replay audio, and export the transcript. If a certified transcript has been ordered and is ready, it also appears here. The module scrolls in sync with video playback, and users can select any transcript line to start playback from that point.

Also referred to as a remote call, this Organization Session type uses the dial-out feature to connect a participant or external conference line to a Session. It is used by Session Hosts to connect the call, while the Sessions application records the audio and generates a transcript for the client Organization.

A landing page where Members can view and join upcoming Sessions, access recent past Sessions, and schedule new Sessions.

Allows participants to join a Session by phone using the dial-in number and access code provided in the Session Details window or confirmation email; dialed-in users appear as separate participants and must be admitted by the Host.

A structured summary of the transcript that highlights key topics with short descriptions and includes direct page and line references to the original testimony. Digest transcripts begin with a topic-based overview followed by the full deposition in its original order with formatting, speaker names, and timestamps. They can be generated from a rough, reviewed, or certified transcript.

Displays documents opened in the Briefcase or Session Briefcase with annotation options available in the toolbar.

An additional email address associated with a user account, allowing multiple addresses to be linked to the same account; all emails from Prevail are sent only to the primary account email.

Marks a key point on the AI Transcript with a color-coded flag icon, either during a Session or in Session Review. Flags are private and only appear in the transcript copy of the participant who placed them.

A participant who either does not have a Prevail account or joins a Session without logging in. Guests can view, present, and download shared files but cannot upload or access Session Review.

A Prevail Staff member who oversees and manages the Session, including admitting, muting, and removing participants, providing technical support, and performing official duties such as swearing in witnesses and stamping exhibits.

Adds a file to the Shared Session Files section of the Briefcase panel, making it visible to all Session participants and available for download. Introduced files also appear in Session Review for anyone with access.
