Fixed Zoom Meeting Transcription. Resolved a critical issue where Zoom meeting transcripts were not appearing in the AI Speech Capture panel during sessions or in Session Review after sessions. Transcription now works properly for all Zoom meetings.
Fixed Broken Exhibit Links in Transcripts. Exhibit hyperlinks now properly appear and function in both the AI Speech Capture panel during sessions and in Session Review transcripts. Previously, clicking exhibit references in transcripts would fail to open the viewer.
Audio Improvements. In-session audio alerts are working as expected. All sound notifications, including the Test Speaker function, new chat messages, and participant access requests, will now play through your selected audio device during sessions.
Organization Interface Updates. Drop-down menus on the Edit Organization and New Organization Session pages have been fixed and now display correctly with updated styling.
Session Access Enhancements. Resolved an error where duplicate participant records were created when joining sessions. Join and access request buttons now disable after clicking to prevent multiple submissions, and reconnection issues have been resolved.
