Improved Transcript Ordering Workflow in Session Review. Redesigned the Session Review page to streamline the transcript ordering process. Users can now order Certified, Reviewed, or Rough transcripts through a unified modal interface with standard or expedited delivery options. Added order tracking with an “Order Processing” button that displays order details and allows modifications (upgrade to expedited delivery, change due dates, or add synchronized video files for certified transcripts). Reorganized the page layout to move session details below the title and replaced the briefcase container with a tabbed documents panel (Private, Shared, Transcripts) for better file organization. Resolved Zoom Meeting Access for Admin-Added Participants. Participants added to Zoom Meeting sessions by Prevail staff are now properly registered with Zoom, preventing join errors. Previously, only participants listed on the scheduling form or who requested access themselves were registered correctly.
Improved Zoom Meeting Panel Display and Alignment. Resolved visual issues in Zoom Meeting sessions including proper color inversion for the Prevail logo and Notes panel icons in light/dark mode, improved icon alignment, and better panel sizing to align with the Zoom meeting interface. Also fixed the “Open In New Tab” button in the AI Speech Capture side panel to correctly open the panel instead of the Notes panel, and adjusted transcript panel height to prevent text from extending past the panel border.
