What’s New

Added Recording Indicator to Zoom-Integrated Sessions Toolbar. The REC icon now displays in the Prevail toolbar during Zoom-Integrated Sessions, with on/off record status popups appearing to the left of the toolbar.

Resolved Chat Panel Layout and Input Behavior. Resolved alignment issues in the chat panel and improved reliability of the send button disabled state. The text input now resizes correctly for longer messages, and the chat message editing experience has been improved.
Resolved Order Transcript Window and Email Notifications. Transcript order options now display from least to most expensive (Rough, Reviewed, Certified), with the window defaulting to Rough. Corrected the Rough and Reviewed descriptions, which previously contained errors. Download ready notification emails are now sent from noreply@prevail.ai.
