What’s New
- Added Dual Panel View. Users can now open two panels simultaneously during a session. When a panel is open, a Panels tab appears on the left side, providing a menu to select and open a second panel alongside the first. Supported panels include Notes, AI Speech Capture, Session Files, Chat, and Participants. Available in both Prevail and Zoom-Integrated Sessions. View Documentation
- Added Organization Security Settings to Restrict Member SSO Options. Organization administrators can now prevent members from connecting new SSO providers from the Security Settings section of the Edit Organization page. When enabled, the “Connect with Google” and “Connect with Microsoft” options are unavailable on the member’s Password & Security page, and a notice explains that SSO connections are managed by their Organization. Members with existing SSO connections can still view and unlink them. View Documentation
- Restored Narrative and Digest Summaries. Transcript Summaries are again available for order. The Digest version now includes the Session Details table, previously only available in the Narrative version. View Documentation
Resolved Issues
- Resolved Panel Behavior on Expand to New Tab. Panels now automatically close in the session view when a user expands the panel into a new tab.
- Resolved Chat Character Count on Message Edit. The chat character count now resets to zero when a user edits a message. Previously, the counter did not reset after editing.
- Resolved Exhibit Name and Timestamp Display in Session Review. Long file names in the Shared Exhibits section now truncate properly, and the “Uploaded At” timestamp in the Session Exhibits panel now wraps correctly on smaller screens. Previously, long file names stretched the layout and the timestamp overlapped other content.
- Resolved Session Toolbar Notification Dots. The Chat and Participants icons on the Session Toolbar now correctly display a notification dot when a new message is received or a participant is waiting to join a session. Previously, neither notification dot was appearing.
