Introducing CheckMate. CheckMate is a new feature that enables integration with AI providers, providing a personal or Organization-wide connection. Supported providers include Anthropic Claude (direct API), OpenAI GPT models (direct API), AWS Bedrock (access to Claude, Llama, Mistral, and other models through your AWS account), Google Gemini, Consilio (queries Consilio’s document database), Ollama (for self-hosted or local models), and Copilot. Users can directly query AI from the Notes panel during a Session by typing @ followed by a connection name. The built-in @Prevail connection is available in all Sessions to all Prevail users. When a question relates to documents in the user’s Briefcase, CheckMate searches those documents and generates an answer with references and links to the relevant source files. Referenced documents can be viewed during the Session and added directly to the Session Exhibits panel. When users ask general questions, CheckMate generates a response based on the question alone without referencing the Briefcase.
Added Organization Security Settings to Restrict Member MFA and Password Reset Options. Organization administrators can now restrict member access to MFA setup and password reset from the Security Settings section of the Edit Organization page. When MFA setup is restricted, the MFA options are hidden on the member’s Password & Security page, and a notice explains that MFA has been disabled by their Organization. When password reset is restricted, the password fields are hidden, and a notice explains that password reset has been disabled by their Organization.
Improved AI Speech Capture Panel Performance. The AI Speech Capture panel now loads and scrolls more quickly.
Improved Notes Panel Usability and Accessibility. Long notes now display with a Show More/Less toggle, and the shortcut to save a note is now Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to prevent accidental saves. The CheckMate @ mention autocomplete menu now supports arrow key and Tab navigation for selecting LLM connections.
