Resolved Issues

Resolved Note Creation in the AI Speech Capture Panel. Typing a note in the AI Speech Capture panel during a live Session now continues accepting text when new speaker segments appear. Previously, the note stopped accepting text when the panel updated with new content.
Resolved Document Links in the Notes Panel Links. Clicking a document link in the Notes panel now opens the document once. Previously, the document opened a second time when the side panel was reopened.
Resolved Multiple Notes Created After Reopening Panels. Pressing Ctrl/Cmd+Enter in the Notes panel or AI Speech Capture panel now creates one note. Previously, after reopening a panel, pressing Ctrl/Cmd+Enter created multiple notes.
