Renamed Session Panels and Icons and Added a Transcript Options Menu. Several Session toolbar icons, panel names, and menus were renamed and changed for consistency across Sessions.
Added a Transcript Options icon to the toolbar, which contains the Auto Scroll toggle.
The “AI Speech Capture” panel is now the “AI Rough” panel, and the “AI Speech Capture” icon on the Session toolbar is now the “AI Rough” icon.
The AI Rough options menu (Notes, Clips, Listen) now appears only when you click in the transcript, rather than on hover. The “Notes” option in the menu now reads “CheckMate” when the Session has CheckMate enabled.
For CheckMate Sessions, the “Notes” panel is now the “CheckMate” panel and the “Notes” icon on the Session toolbar is now the “CheckMate” icon.
Resolved Issues
Resolved Session Times in Scheduling Request Emails. Scheduling request emails now show the start time you entered on the form. Since the introduction of the new scheduling request form on July 21, the time shown in the email was incorrect.
Resolved the Mobile Participants Panel Not Opening. On mobile, selecting the Participants icon during a Session now opens the Participants panel. Previously, the panel could remain closed when selected.
Resolved Session Order on the Sessions Page. The Sessions page now lists upcoming Sessions first, ordered from soonest to latest, followed by past Sessions from most recent to oldest. Previously, Sessions were not ordered by date.
Resolved Spacing in the AI Rough Panel. Speaker segments in the AI Rough panel now display with consistent spacing and alignment. Previously, segments could be unevenly spaced. This is also resolved in the expanded panel and Session Review.
